The data bit

Privacy, honestly.

One page, one form, one game. This is the complete list of what that collects and who else sees it.

What I collect

That's the list. No payment details, because nothing is for sale here.

The thing you should know before you send the form

The contact form writes you into my ClickFunnels workspace, which is the same workspace the Loop Labs newsletter goes out from. So sending me a message also subscribes you to that newsletter. It's one issue a week and the unsubscribe link is one click and works immediately — but I'd rather say it here than have it be a surprise in your inbox.

What I don't do

Who else touches it

Every third party involved in this page working, and what each one gets:

ClickFunnelsStores the contact record, runs the page SDK that counts visits, and sends the newsletter. US-based. This is also the software I help build during the day, which is why it's here.
NetlifyServes these pages and keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, for a short window.
Google AnalyticsAggregate traffic measurement. Sets its own cookies and receives your IP, which Google truncates.
Google FontsThe typefaces load from Google's servers, so Google sees that request and your IP with it.
Google WorkspaceMy email. If you write to me, the reply thread lives in Gmail.
CloudflareRuns the DNS for this domain via Porkbun, so it resolves the lookup that gets you here.
PorkbunThe registrar. Holds the domain, not your data.

Nobody on that list gets your data for their own marketing.

Each of them runs on infrastructure of their own and uses their own subprocessors — a cloud host under one, a mail relay under another. I don't reprint those lists here, because every company above publishes its own and keeps it current, which is worth more to you than a stale copy of mine. Most of them are US companies, so your data does cross the Atlantic to reach them.

Your move

Want a copy of what I have, or want it gone? Email hey@richsteinmetz.com and ask. A human reads it and does the thing. No ticket portal, no identity verification theatre for an email address I only have because you gave it to me.

You can also just unsubscribe from the newsletter and leave the contact record — the link is at the bottom of every issue.

Written to be read, not to be litigated. If you need the formal-language version for a procurement review, ask and I'll write one.
