The rules bit
Terms, in English.
This is one page about one person. Nothing on it is for sale, so there is not much to agree to.

The deal
You read the page. You can send me a message if you want one. I answer, or I don't — usually within a day or two, but this is my personal site and not a support desk. That's the whole arrangement.
What I promise
- A human reads the form. Not an auto-responder pretending to be me. The confirmation email is automated and says so; the actual reply is mine.
- No sales sequence. Sending the form subscribes you to the Loop Labs newsletter (see privacy) and that's it. It doesn't put you into a pitch.
- Unsubscribe works. One click, immediately, not "please allow 10 business days".
What I don't promise
- A reply. I read everything. I don't answer everything, and recruiter spam gets deleted without ceremony.
- That anything here is advice for your situation. Opinions on this page are mine, they are not my employer's, and they are not a consulting engagement.
- That the game is fair. The agent speeds up the longer you take. That is on purpose and it is also, broadly, the point.
Using what's here
The writing is mine. Quote it, link it, argue with it publicly — all encouraged, a credit and a link is plenty. Don't republish it wholesale as your own. The photo is of me, so please don't use it for anything that isn't about me.
If something breaks
A page misbehaving, a form doing something alarming, a link into the void — email hey@richsteinmetz.com. It reaches a human who can actually fix it.
